These terms govern your use of Restage. By creating an account you agree to them.
Acceptance
Using Restage means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction.
Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Better Auth secures sessions; Google OAuth is supported as an alternative to email and password.
Credits
Credits are consumed when you run a generation. Free credits on signup are promotional and may change. Credits expire only as described on the pricing page; refunds are at our discretion absent a legal requirement.
Payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page; taxes may be added at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, generate sexual content involving minors, depict real people without consent, or use Restage for illegal activity, harassment, or deceptive advertising.
Content rights
You retain rights to your inputs. Subject to OpenAI's API terms, you own the outputs you generate; we keep a license to operate the service (store, display back to you, troubleshoot). See our Privacy Policy for storage details.
Model outputs
Generated images come from a probabilistic model and are not guaranteed to be accurate, brand-safe, or fit for any purpose. Review before publishing.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; unused credits may be forfeited.
Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid to Restage in the prior 12 months. Consequential damages are excluded where allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Restage after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted.
